Procedures for hand Washing

1.Wet your hand under warm running water.

2. Lather the soap on your hands for at least 10-15 seconds and rub your hand

3.Wash your palms in between your fingers, under your finger nails and the back of your hand, focus on the ends of your finger.

4. Rinse your hand throughly under the warm running water

5. Dry your hand with a clean towel from a receptacle

6. Turn off the water using the towel to turn the nozzle. This will help to avoid re-infection.

Move on.That's the result when I entered dancing.Move until I can,until  my anger, hatred  will gone. I have a broken family, that's the start of my rebelliousness,but there is one hobby that I used, to overcome those, and that is the word Dancing..

Dancing?.. dancing is what I'am. Im not a very good dancer but dancing is a tool for me to express my feelings and emotions. When I get sad, it turns to joy, when I get angry to someone it reminds me to be humble..Dance interprets who I am and what would be my character. I felt better when I'm doing this because in times of problems, dancing helps me to face them all and  having a confidence to overcome it.
I can also say that dancing is an art, because it will teach me on how to be a creative person. If I can't express my feelings in words, I will do it in action-dancing.

Just like dancing, I love also Music, it gives me inspiration in daily lives. I felt like, I 'am so free and comfortable enough when I heard music. Playing instrument is my interest also.Just like dancing, music makes  all the loneliness and pain in my heart gone. It influenced me to be more confidence,to love, to dream, to believe and to be a blessing to everybody.Seriously, music brings tears in my eyes because of the feelings it expresses.That is what I'am and Who I'am..

Why Blog?

Blog is a personal homepage that can help everyone to have a communication. In here we can display the details we want to post... And if you want, you can tell about your stories in life, your emotions everyday, what you did and what is happening about your life or we call it a Diary- List of all happenings in everyday's life. With this they can leave a comment to your post and that the interaction will happen not only to your close friends or love one's but also to all the strangers that is visiting your own website, in addition blog is the social interaction to all the people, either you know and you don't know. In blog we can also make our own design, effects and themes,and any other kinds of arts that can improve the homepage.We can upload pictures and videos as well as music.

Blog is making my personal homepage. I can upload every details I want.
I can tell my story, I can upload video and pictures and  if I want, I can share my experience everyday, just like diary.  It is also one way to communicate with my friends as well as my love ones, they can  also leave  comment,or we call it we have an interaction with each other. In blog, we can make the design we want, we can edit it and can upload any video in easiest way.

What do you want to be?

Fall from seven, stand by eight have faith.  A  challenge that I need to do for myself. Entering college is a challenging one. Why?, because college life is somewhat like, playing a game that I need to play it in order to win.  For me, in a game there should be a 3D  which is Discipline, Determination and Decision making. Success would not come if you don’t have discipline, determination and a good decision making. When I entered here in Foundation University , I saw the true education, this  is not normally  term  as education ,but a Quality Education that can equipped students through learning competitive and productive individuals.

               

                A  School that is known as Excellent in terms of Technology is Foundation University.  I am so amazed when I entered the Information Technology  Laboratory(I.T Lab.), a computer which is MACBok, and seriously it is my first time to see a school that is using this kind of technology for all the students. I told myself ,it is a great privileged for all the educators to use this kind of latest technology  in order to utilize   the teaching learning of all students.
       
          Foundation University is a school  which has a functional resources and a pleasant environment. As a Biology student, I felt comfortable because of the surroundings, just like  the trees that makes it green and clean and the fountain that is attractive , many  fishes in the pond and many buildings for the four corners of learning. By this way, students can feel the  essence of having an eco friendly atmosphere for the students to be more focused on their subject and they can  attained their goals in life.

     
          I chose BS Biology as my pre-med course because of the extensive knowledge that it offers. When the University held an orientation for the students in order to get a good grasp about the course's curriculum, the facilities used in the classroom as well as the significance of Bio as a pre-med course especially for those who are opting to go to medical school. My course has two tracks: the reseacher track and the medical track.Researc is very a advisable to those who want to take a master's degree after college or anyone who really isinto RESEARCH. In contrast, medical track is more appropriate to those who want to be future DOCTOR. My major subjects were very interesting especially the laboratory classes. In my zoology subject, wehave to dissect different kinds of animals in order to determine their anatomy, some of this animals were,frogs and cats. I enjoyed a lot of being a student of Foundation University that will help to enhance my knowledge and skills as a preparation for my FUTURE.
